NinjaCommand
Ink-wash painting of three small ninjas on a temple roof under a full moon: one crouches and points, one balances on one foot on the ridge, one hangs upside down from the eave. A castle tower glows in the distance.

Give the orders.
Hit GO.
Pray.

You command three ninjas. They are fast, silent and deadly. They also do exactly what you tell them, all at once, on the same heartbeat. Plan the mission, press GO, and deal with the results.

Mission one: the dumpling scroll

The Daimyo's famous dumpling recipe is written on a single scroll in his inner courtyard. Three provinces have tried to steal it. Three provinces still make bad dumplings.

The inner gates open only while someone stands on their pressure stones. A lantern guard stands in the middle and turns every heartbeat: north, east, south, west. He sees two paces. He does not blink.

Plan it. Press GO.

Bo drafted tonight's plan. It is almost right. Press GO to watch it, then fix it. Pick a ninja, then add moves with the arrows. Tap a slot to put your cursor there. Keyboard: 1–3 pick a ninja, arrow keys add moves, Space wait, Backspace delete, Enter GO.

Every mission is a little disaster you designed

Ninja Command is a quasi-turn-based tactics game. You don't steer anyone in real time. You write the plan, the whole troop executes it on the same heartbeat, and you find out what you forgot. Two ninjas step into the same doorway? Both of them bonk. Guard turns early? Run.

Courtyard secrets: 0 of 0

Ink painting of a castle courtyard seen from above: a koi pond with two orange koi, a stone lantern, a small shrine, a hall with a cat asleep on its roof, a ladder against the outer wall and a guard asleep by the gate.
